About Us

IJKSS has been working in MP particularly in Bhopal for over 6 years, focusing on alleviating poverty and social justice. We do this through well planned and comprehensive programmes in education, livelihoods and personal disaster preparedness and response. our overall goal is the empowerment of women and girls from poor communities in particular leading to improvement in their lives and livelihood.

Why we are focusing specifically on women, girls, children and boys in general because they are affected by poverty and discrimination; and suffer abuse and violations in the realization of their rights, entitlement and access and control over resources. Also, experience shows that, when equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities, can overcome poverty, marginalization and social injustice.
